The scenario
A tours-and-activities operator was running the whole business on WhatsApp and spreadsheets — trips, availability, drivers, vouchers and payments all tracked by hand. We scoped and built a custom booking-and-dispatch tool around their exact workflow, deployed on their own accounts and owned outright: code, data and all.
