A public YouTube link, or your channel for the subscription. Interviews, podcasts, talks and webinars all work.
2. We find the five moments
The episode is transcribed and scored for self-contained moments that open strong. Each is cut 9:16, reframed on the speaker and captioned word by word.
3. Post them
You get a private page with the five MP4s, a title and caption for each, and one free re-cut per clip if a cut needs moving.

FAQ
- What do I get for $9?
- Five vertical clips (1080×1920, 28–55 seconds each) from one public YouTube episode: word-by-word captions, an on-screen hook, framing that follows the speaker, and a suggested title and caption for each. Delivered by email to a private page with downloads, usually within a few hours. One re-cut per clip is included.
- How does the $29 subscription work?
- You give us your YouTube channel once. We check it every two hours; each new episode longer than eight minutes is clipped into five Shorts automatically, up to four episodes every 30 days. Your latest episode is clipped as soon as you subscribe. You can also paste any other episode on your private page.
- How is this different from OpusClip or Vizard?
- Those are software: you upload, review the AI's picks, fix the cuts and captions, export and post. We hand you finished clips. If you like editing or need a custom caption style, a tool is cheaper; if your time is worth more than about $10 an hour, done for you usually wins.
- Who owns the clips?
- You do. They are cut from your own episode and are yours to post anywhere, including paid clipping campaigns.
- What episodes don't work?
- Videos without speech, videos longer than three hours (four on the subscription), and private or age-restricted videos.
